Client Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, objectives, and expectations.

• Create comprehensive project plans and timelines, overseeing execution to guarantee timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Deliver consistent status updates, reports, and insights to clients, ensuring they remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Anticipate potential hurdles, take proactive measures to address issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

• Recognize opportunities to streamline processes, enhance client experience, and improve service offerings.

• Comfortable engaging with creative, content, and marketing teams to facilitate project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a client services role or Front of House, account management, or project management position.

• 2 years of experience within digital marketing or the medical aesthetics sector.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to adapt communication styles for various audiences.

• Strong problem-solving aptitude with the ability to think critically and devise creative solutions.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing shifting priorities and client requirements.

• Committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Self-driven with the ability to manage time and projects autonomously in a remote setting.

• Proficient in both Arabic and English, with excellent speaking and writing skills.

• Competitive contractor rate ranging from AED 9,000 to AED 13,500 per month, based on experience and capabilities.
