Client Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the daily planning, operations, and problem-solving of a team consisting of Medical Client-VA pairs to achieve the targets established by clients in the role of Client Services Manager.

• Collaborating with clients to develop task lists that enhance the productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs.

• Assisting clients in expanding their businesses through the comprehensive services provided by Global Medical as a Client Services Manager.

• Managing the relationship between Medical Clients and VAs.

• Addressing client needs in relation to Global Medical’s services, including mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying trends, resolving issues, managing high-level escalations, and conducting negotiations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a medical or healthcare-related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management, with familiarity in operational processes.

• Exceptional proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and collaborate effectively with high-level professionals in a team setting.

• Self-motivated and driven.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and possesses a growth mindset.

• At least one year of experience in Training and Development is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Capable of thinking creatively: able to comprehend requirements and devise solutions as necessary.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite.

• Willingness to work night shifts.
