This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Establish, enhance, and sustain long-term strategic relationships with designated clients.
• Act as the primary liaison throughout the client’s journey, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's business objectives, operational priorities, and success metrics. Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively providing insights, recommendations, and best practices.
• Recognize opportunities for expansion and cross-selling in collaboration with our sales team. Ensure clients derive measurable value from all contract HCAT products and services.
• Discover opportunities to increase product adoption, improve utilization, and deliver additional value. Formulate Account Plans that align with client goals and long-term growth.
• Track client engagement and product performance to guarantee alignment with anticipated outcomes.
• Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring prompt, transparent, and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional resources to resolve issues and eliminate obstacles to client success.
• Advocate for client needs, priorities, and feedback to internal teams, ensuring that commitments are fulfilled.
• Work closely with product, engineering, support, and leadership teams to meet client expectations.
• Engage in internal and external planning and forecasting to ensure organizational alignment with client strategies.
• Maintain precise and current Account Plans, Measurable Improvement metrics, Client Results Strategy, and SMART Goals.
• Prepare and conduct quarterly and bi-annual onsite client business reviews, featuring client performance updates, strategic recommendations, product roadmaps, Measurable Improvements, and Client Results Strategy metrics.
• Oversee contract compliance and all contract renewals.
• Advocate for the client’s voice within the organization.
• Propel initiatives that enhance client satisfaction, retention, and overall client experience.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively mitigate potential risks to the partnership.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry in account management, client relations, or sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Capable of managing multiple clients, priorities, and projects concurrently.
• Proficient with CRM platforms like Salesforce, as well as the complete Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with effective time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills, with the capacity to exercise sound judgment based on timely and accurate analyses.
• High level of integrity and dependability, characterized by a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
• 20% travel required.
• Must have a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes.
