Client Services Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the complete execution of tailored client orders, starting from project initiation through to production, delivery, and final invoicing.

• Collaborate closely with sales, design, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet client expectations.

• Develop and enhance systems, workflows, and processes that boost efficiency, scalability, and consistency throughout the organization.

• Proactively pinpoint timeline risks, operational bottlenecks, and communication gaps, and create solutions before they affect delivery.

• Ensure transparent communication with both internal and external stakeholders, providing an exceptional client experience at every interaction.

• Assist leadership in forecasting capacity, prioritizing projects, and effectively allocating resources across teams and partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 5-6 years of experience in project management, client services, operations, or account management in luxury retail, promotional products, fashion, or a custom goods setting.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in project management platforms and productivity tools.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-driven tools is an advantage.

• Experience with Trello is preferred, but other platforms are acceptable.
