Client Services Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding support to customers of Guardant Health, the Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives.

• Execute the responsibilities of a Client Services Associate.

• Achieve higher KPIs compared to a typical Client Services Associate.

• Assist Quality Assurance and Training as directed by leadership.

• Guide and mentor Client Services Associates.

• Address and resolve inquiries from the BPO team and Client Services Associates.

• Report issues or trends to leadership.

• Engage in or support departmental initiatives such as expired kits and data cleanup.

• Handle additional tasks and administrative duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles within biotech, life science, diagnostic, or healthcare settings is preferred.

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team consisting of internal staff, contractors, and managers.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and various projects simultaneously.

• Self-discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic office or remote environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in using computers is required.

• Strong experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office is necessary.

• Willingness to adapt working hours based on operational needs.

• Ability to critically assess and responsibly utilize AI-enabled tools in compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.

• Background screening, including criminal history, is required.

• Capability to lift standard office supplies and operate office equipment.

• Ability to remain seated for prolonged periods.
