Client Services Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and delivery.

• Oversee a designated portfolio of clients while managing Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities.

• Handle daily operations and reporting tasks for clients.

• Independently manage deals with minimal oversight.

• Develop technical report specifications based on indenture language.

• Establish payment calculations using in-house systems.

• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data efficiently.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports.

• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate payment processing.

• Conduct quality control reviews of reports to ensure timeliness and precision.

• Execute portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income transactions.

• Engage with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.

• Contribute to proposals for new clients.

• Lead projects related to business initiatives.

• Handle tax elections, apply for EINs, and monitor residual holder transfers.

• Analyze and interpret trust indentures concerning reporting obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or in a similar area.

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal compliance requirements, rules and regulations, as well as industry standards and practices.

• Preferred experience with TranStar at an intermediate to advanced level.

• Strong communication skills in both speaking and writing at an intermediate level or higher.
