This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee calendars and manage scheduling requirements.

• Gather and organize client information along with supporting documents.
• Redirect calls to the appropriate team members when required.
• Handle incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Act as the main point of contact for both prospective and current clients.
• Foster a welcoming and positive experience for every caller and client.
• Follow up with potential clients as necessary.
• Keep precise client records and documentation.
• Address client inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.
