Client Service Manager – Casualty Claims Experience Required (Auto, GL, WC)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee accounts for various client service programs or a single large national initiative;

• Foster and sustain relationships with clients, client brokers, and key vendors;

• Manage program procedures and processes that enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring consistency in operations within the account and promoting client retention.

• Conduct client renewals and prepare Client Service Instructions for assigned clients.

• Coordinate pricing and finalize location coding parameters; prepare and disseminate stewardship and other reports.

• Serve as the primary client contact, focusing on maintaining and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of claims management experience or a relevant combination of education and experience is required.

• Experience in a supervisory role.
