This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Promoting and showcasing the advantages of the COMPASS suite of products to subcontractors who may not be familiar with our paid offerings.
• Cultivating, expanding, and maintaining client relationships.
• Addressing all client inquiries related to technical issues, processes, and fees.
• Handling both incoming and outgoing client communications via calls and emails.
• Engaging in external outreach to support educational and promotional initiatives.
• Utilizing client relationships to generate new business opportunities and providing client feedback to our internal teams to foster company growth.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Prior client-facing experience in construction or software as a service (SAAS) is advantageous.
• Technologically proficient and capable of learning, adapting, and effectively communicating new technologies.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize various strategic initiatives.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude aimed at challenging the status quo.
• Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, and web-based CRM (Salesforce).
• Previous sales experience is regarded as a valuable asset.
