This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Facilitate post-sales customer engagement for the fulfillment of print, print-related services, and kitting orders.
• Execute print, kitting, and distribution requests received through online platforms or direct customer interactions.
• Act as the primary service representative during client meetings and business reviews as necessary.
• Assist sales and customers by addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests.
• Manage customer issues, oversee dispute resolution, and handle invoice reconciliation.
• Provide proof of delivery and updates on order status.
• Collect job requirements and convert them into manufacturing, kitting, shipping, and postal directives.
• Develop process documentation, workflows, and job aids.
• Recommend improvements for workflows and processes.
• Review work for precision prior to production.
• Process orders, change notices, delivery commitments, and special freight quotes within related systems.
• Conduct pricing assessments and generate quotes.
• Verify composition or undertake copy preparation tasks.
• Maintain client inventory items and generate as well as analyze reports.
• Coordinate corrections and changes in work-in-process.
• Provide training and mentorship to client care staff when required.
• Lead investigations into corrective actions and suggest enhancements.
• Input data, establish new items, and oversee current inventories.
• Serve as a communication bridge between external customers and internal departments.
• Engage in special projects and execute related tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience in manufacturing operations or an office setting directly associated with job responsibilities.
• Additional education or certification may be an asset.
• Strong knowledge of relevant functional areas or a solid understanding of a professional field.
• Capability to apply relevant policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives.
• Proficient in computer use and software, including MS Office or Mac word processing and spreadsheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to business requirements.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to oversee the work of junior staff and review or audit work for accuracy when necessary.
