Client Service Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships to ensure their satisfaction with the services offered, including proactive planning for necessary changes or actions.

• Significant experience in various therapeutic areas, client interactions, and medical education strategies.

• Provides on-site assistance for initiatives such as advisory boards, symposia, workshops, and other events.

• Capable of leveraging a high level of scientific and commercial knowledge gained from extensive industry experience to serve as a genuine client partner.

• Offers strategic and operational guidance to account teams.

• Functions as a trusted and strategic partner, while also challenging and expanding our clients’ perspectives.

• Collaborates with the scientific lead on accounts to develop and assess client strategies and tactics, formulating plans for agency implementation.

• Anticipates client needs and objectives with minimal guidance required.

• Supports the account team in client discussions as necessary, acting as an escalation point to address and resolve concerns related to account performance.

• Implements and upholds quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and best practices in collaboration with senior account team members.

• Extensive experience in the medical communications sector.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate various therapy areas and project deliverables in a client-facing capacity, leading and executing projects in a fast-paced agency setting.

• Proven track record of driving organic growth within accounts and involvement in new business development.

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape and competitive dynamics.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in the medical communications field.

• Experience working collaboratively with various departments such as Scientific Services, Creative, Digital, and others.
