This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Translation of documents is a fundamental language service, necessitating proficiency in both the source and target languages.
• Oversee translation projects, guaranteeing that the client's translation requirements are fulfilled with accuracy and efficiency.
• Project Scoping: Engage with clients to discuss their translation requirements; offer estimated turnaround times and quotations.
• Execution & Delivery: Ensure the quality and consistency of translations; review and provide translated files to clients within the specified deadline.
• A bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in translation project management.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Outstanding client service capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Capability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative team settings.
• Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to achieve success and tackle challenges.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and TMS/CAT tools is advantageous.
