Client Requirements Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Constructs client requirements using CRM/Dynamics 365, eZBenefits, and SharePoint based on the business sold and specified in the RFP and contract.

• Reviews and interprets client plan documents, ensuring all requirements are documented in standard formats.

• Identifies, records, and maintains all client benefit requirements throughout the duration of the client contract.

• Holds end-to-end accountability for the timely delivery and overall success of client requirements for projects supported or led.

• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of data requirements.

• Conducts quality validation on all requirements before they are handed off.

• Responsible for standardizing tools, resolving technical issues appropriately, and maintaining data integrity.

• Identifies and proposes opportunities to enhance efficiencies and standardization through improved processes and tools.

• Complies with department and company policies and procedures.

• Travels to onsite meetings as necessary.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• Knowledge of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in Project/Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is required.

• Experience with CRM and various reporting tools is an advantage.

• Engages in, adheres to, and supports compliance program objectives.

• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
