Client Relationship Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Generate routine reports and carry out preliminary data analysis.

• Collaborate with team members to understand the client’s business model, profitability, challenges, and how to cultivate client relationships. Gain familiarity with data analysis and the company’s analytical tools and resources.

• Deliver standard reports to clients and address requests for basic ad hoc reports. May also conduct initial data analysis.

• Engage in client meetings and observe Client Relationship Managers to acquire in-depth knowledge of building partnerships.

• Work in coordination with internal business units to address basic client issues and enhance service levels.

• Understand the systematic problem-solving approaches utilized in Client Service.

• Learn how to effectively use company services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong time management abilities.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Explorer, and MS Outlook for calendar and email.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by highly developed interpersonal skills.

• A high level of flexibility, motivation, and drive.

• Proven problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to learn and develop business and data-analysis skills.

• Ability to interact effectively with clients, managers, and colleagues.

• Competence to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.

• A proactive and positive demeanor with diplomacy; readiness to take on responsibility.

• Must be a self-starter with flexibility and a keen attention to detail.
