This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients regarding Pharmastar’s product offerings.
• Ensure that essential information is communicated to relevant teams within the organization.
• Act as the main liaison for external clients seeking products.
• Conduct client outreach and establish regular communication through scheduled calls.
• Prepare, submit, and evaluate PDE submissions to CMS.
• Investigate and propose solutions for any rejected submissions.
• Assist in reconciling PDE data.
• Summarize and report on the progress of PDE submissions.
• Provide support to clients across all aspects of Part D functions.
• Coordinate the submission of regulatory reports to the appropriate management personnel.
• Monitor all relevant regulatory updates and modifications.
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and their pharmacies.
• Present the company’s product line services to clients as required.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines in all communications.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree.
• Required Associate's degree or formal training beyond high school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and the industry.
• Experience in health plans or insurance is a plus.
• Preferred experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is a plus.
• Experience in a pharmacy support role is advantageous.
• Must be up-to-date on plan and benefit structures as well as Medicare Part D guidelines.
