Client Relationship Manager, Radiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients

• Collaborate with Zotec departments to enhance Revenue Cycle Management outcomes

• Engage proactively with clients to define RCM objectives and expectations

• Deliver reimbursement analysis and management reporting

• Inform clients about industry and regulatory developments that could affect their practice

• Educate clients on Zotec’s capabilities in addressing healthcare challenges

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the overall business needs and RCM goals of assigned clients

• Analyze RCM metrics to evaluate and improve performance

• Hold client meetings to discuss RCM performance and provide guidance on business matters

• Train client groups on the benefits and value proposition offered by Zotec

• Communicate with client groups regarding outstanding issues and project updates

• Keep the organization updated on client satisfaction and feedback

• Relay client feedback to the organization

• Notify the sales team about growth opportunities through referrals

• Stay informed about MACRA, MIPS, and relevant specialty matters

• Maintain industry knowledge through continuous education

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business Management or Accounting; a graduate degree is preferred

• At least 3 years of experience in a medical billing client service role, preferably in Radiology

• Fundamental understanding of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends

• Proficient in interpreting RCM data and effectively conveying results, trends, and opportunities to clients

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Capability to lead meetings with groups of physicians and practice stakeholders

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
