This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee daily client relationships, assist in resolving issues, align on objectives, and implement product improvements.
• Facilitate Client Business Reviews alongside Sales, showcase return on investment, document action items, and strategize for the future.
• Execute regular Workflow Assessments, which encompass planning meetings, user shadowing, recommendations, documentation, and presentations for leadership.
• Support clients during their transition from implementation to continuous account management.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Development teams to address service tickets and guarantee a seamless client experience.
• Encourage the utilization of the Customer Community for support inquiries, product updates, knowledge resources, and training opportunities.
• Work together with Customer Success to tackle product challenges and performance issues.
• Assist in contract renewals and play a role in strategies aimed at revenue retention and reducing attrition.
• Recognize cross-sell, upsell, and expansion prospects in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director.
• Track product usage to ensure anticipated return on investment aligns with client objectives.
• Offer best-practice recommendations and configuration advice to enhance client results.
• Collect and promote participation in NPS surveys and utilize feedback to drive improvements.
• Keep client documentation and account insights updated in Salesforce.
• Achieve all performance metrics and KPIs for assigned accounts.
• Experience in Healthcare Claims is highly advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare IT sector.
• A background in provider-based settings is preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Conceptual knowledge and some experience with GenAI, CoPilot, or GPT functionalities.
• Familiarity with the Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
• A collaborative team player who can work across various groups and learn from others, particularly in sales, marketing, product, support, and implementation.
• Adaptable to the evolving needs of the organization.
• Possesses a high degree of professionalism suitable for client interactions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.
