This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients
• Collaborate proactively with clients to define RCM objectives and expectations
• Deliver reimbursement analysis and management reports
• Inform clients about industry developments and regulatory trends
• Relay ongoing client satisfaction and gather feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Accounting; advanced degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a client service role within medical billing, preferably in an Emergency Department
• Fundamental understanding of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends
• Proficient in interpreting RCM data and articulating results, trends, and opportunities to clients
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft Office suite
