Client Relations Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for promoting CVS Specialty pharmacy services within the Bleeding Disorders segment across the Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri regions.

• Engage with state chapters, support groups, treatment centers, nurses, and customers as the representative of the Hemophilia sales team.

• Evaluate success by retaining existing business and boosting revenue through acquiring new patients and customers.

• Formulate strategies to maintain current business while increasing new referral opportunities.

• Meet or surpass sales objectives and budgetary goals within the designated territory.

• Employ strong communication skills, empathy, and customer service to foster relationships with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of overall work experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in bleeding disorders/hemophilia, pharmaceutical sales, specialty pharmacy, or a related field.

• Capability to travel across a multi-state territory up to 50-75% of the time.

• Must be open to overnight travel, including weekends.

• Must reside within the specified territory.
