Client Relations Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new client leads in partnership with the Marketing team.

• Assess potential clients to confirm alignment and the possibility of a long-term collaboration.

• Collaborate with the Owner Partner Team to customize proposals based on company services.

• Direct the closing process and liaise with the Finance team to ensure payment completion.

• Supervise the Experience Team to guarantee that client expectations are consistently surpassed across planning, accommodations, and staffing services.

• Establish and nurture robust client relationships to foster repeat business and enduring loyalty.

• Monitor the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), including booking targets, prospecting activity metrics, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in client relationship management or sales within travel, real estate, or similar high-value sectors aimed at high-net-worth individuals.

• Demonstrated success in sales with a proven increase in revenue.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong familiarity with CRM systems, presentation software, and various online productivity tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.

• Experience with and enthusiasm for international travel is highly desirable.
