Client Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client programs from the initial planning stage to long-term success, encompassing pilots, production rollouts, integrations, and executive reviews.

• Align Picarro’s technology and analytics with the utility strategy, regulatory standards, and operational priorities.

• Act as the main strategic contact for assigned accounts, engaging with director- and executive-level stakeholders to evaluate progress, establish goals, and define outcomes.

• Examine operational and field data to quantify results, identify risks or opportunities, and formulate recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to convey client requirements, influence product development, and promote continuous improvement.

• Assist in business development and proposal initiatives by outlining customer goals, success metrics, and implementation strategies.

• Offer subject matter expertise on advanced leak detection, methane emissions, and changing regulatory frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in utility operations, methane-related R&D, or client-facing technical programs.

• Strong knowledge of pipeline safety, emissions management, and regulatory frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical details into business implications.

• Experience in customer success, implementation, or consulting roles that support enterprise programs.

• Proficient in data analysis and GIS tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, ArcGIS, or QGIS).

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and program coordination (typically less than 25 percent).
