Client Performance & Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct discovery sessions with client stakeholders to outline their existing funnel and systems.

• Create the “before” scenario for each client prior to launch.

• Establish UTM conventions, persistent lead IDs, and methods for lead-to-sale matching.

• Design and execute controlled experiments.

• Define and take ownership of Lahzo's unique return-on-AI agent sales methodology.

• Develop and uphold cross-client, cross-vertical benchmarks.

• Transform analysis into a coherent, defensible narrative.

• Construct the measurement framework as a continuous operational engine.

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to translate the measurement framework into a recognized, market-facing capability.

• Engage with all verticals and account sizes, adapting methodologies to fit the client's systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in management consulting or analytics roles.

• Proficiency in both direct revenue attribution and advanced incremental measurement techniques.

• Proven track record in quantifying operational efficiency and cost avoidance.

• Advanced skills in SQL.

• Demonstrated success in data reconciliation across diverse systems.

• Strong foundation in statistical design.

• Direct experience with attribution modeling.

• Expertise in data governance.

• High proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Practical experience utilizing AI-assisted analysis platforms.

• Technical expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.

• Competence in Python or R.

• Outstanding communication skills.
