This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Collaborate across departments to pinpoint growth opportunities and formulate action plans for customer accounts.
• Generate a monthly pipeline of new business while overseeing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, needs assessment, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of paid search, social advertising, OTT/CTV, video advertising, search engine optimization, programmatic display, and retargeting to create media plans that enhance recurring media revenue.
• Advise clients on their comprehensive digital strategy, presenting recommendations and articulating product value to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Conduct audits of customer websites to identify opportunities for optimization using digital solutions that meet key performance indicators.
• Build and nurture trusted partnerships with customers to increase revenue over time.
• Assess customer needs and implement tailored strategies for each organization.
• Regularly maintain and report on sales activities, revenue projections, and closing timelines.
• Advocate for customer commitment during implementation phases and guide support teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and success.
• Gather competitive intelligence and disseminate it appropriately to inform marketing and sales strategies.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing sales opportunities.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving quotas with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent planning abilities and experience in solutions selling.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely from a home office as well as in the field.
• Capability to conduct comprehensive sales presentations, including product demonstrations that emphasize key benefits, return on investment, and the value of solutions and services.
• Established persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry or with a digital agency.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience.
• Overall experience selling advertising or complex SaaS/software solutions to business leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
