This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary onshore contact and strategic intermediary between senior client representatives, internal stakeholders, and all pertinent functional teams.
• Manage the account throughout the entire transformation lifecycle, sustaining relationships with VP- and C-level executives on the client side.
• Supervise intricate onboarding processes and the conversion of existing work to technology-enabled service offerings, ensuring that initiatives are launched punctually.
• Facilitate regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and account health evaluations while creating client-facing reports and tracking internal key metrics.
• Serve as the senior authority for service delivery performance across designated strategic accounts, guaranteeing compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual and operational commitments.
• Initiate and manage tech-enablement projects by collaborating with Service Delivery, internal and external technology partners, and key client stakeholders to outline scope, strategy, and execution.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with executive-level and senior stakeholders, positioning ReSource Pro as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator.
• Recognize expansion opportunities within the account and work alongside Sales and Account Management to formulate proposals, close deals, and facilitate cross-functional growth.
• Keep account documentation up to date in Salesforce and fully manage the account health record.
• Lead and influence a cross-functional Pod team of 10–30 members drawn from SDU, OpEx, Global Account Management, Tech Enablement, AI Factory, Operations Advisory, and Tech Services.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in client success management dealing with large, complex accounts and agreements.
• More than 10 years of experience in a P&C insurance, BPO, or professional services environment.
• At least 10 years of applying project or program management methodologies in a client-facing delivery setting.
• A proven history of managing relationships with multiple stakeholders at the Director-to-VP level.
• Strong operational knowledge, with insight into how insurance carriers, brokers, and MGAs operate.
• Insurance designations are preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% domestically and internationally.
