This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Takes the lead in formulating and executing account strategies, overseeing growth initiatives, and managing the overall P&L.
• Discovers new business possibilities within the existing client portfolio, effectively presenting Blend360’s services and capabilities to secure closed deals; this includes drafting proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Negotiates to secure the most advantageous pricing to deliver optimal value for clients.
• Maintains an organized pipeline that includes all leads, opportunities, notes, and activities in a timely manner.
• Ensures overall client satisfaction is achieved.
• Facilitates the engagement of the right Blend360 talent, skills, and offerings with key decision-makers at the client.
• Acts as a strategic AI and transformation advisor to client stakeholders, guiding the development of AI strategy, data modernization, and technology-driven business transformation initiatives that align with the client's long-term objectives.
• Collaborates with and aligns internal Blend360 practice and capability leaders to create a cohesive, forward-thinking strategy for each client engagement, ensuring delivery excellence and fostering long-term relationship health.
• At least 10 years of experience with a proven track record in client management or business development within the data-driven marketing, analytics, or data services sectors.
• Strong expertise in AI strategy and digital transformation; experience in advising executives on AI adoption, data modernization, or technology-enabled business change is highly preferred.
• Relevant industry experience in travel & hospitality, retail, CPG, and QSR is advantageous; client-side experience in any related industry is viewed positively.
• Possesses the ‘driver’ gene and is proactive in establishing new, high-quality relationships throughout the client organization.
• Capable of partnering with Capability and Practice Leaders to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Driven by a passion for impacting client results through data, analytics, AI, and technology; motivated by the chance to link transformative innovation to measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated executive leadership experience with the ability to influence and align client C-suite and senior stakeholders, as well as internal Blend360 leaders, around long-term client goals; a history of guiding clients through complex transformations is greatly valued.
