This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively identify and pursue the acquisition of new, strategically aligned HLS accounts (net new logos) to enhance the overall client base.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of key enterprise HLS accounts, bearing direct responsibility for revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and client outcomes.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior executives, positioning Toptal as a trusted partner for crucial business initiatives.
• Formulate and implement account strategies, which include opportunity creation, pipeline development, and long-term growth planning.
• Spearhead solution development and deal execution in collaboration with Industry GMs, Practice Leaders, and Delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Executives to drive synchronized account expansion and optimize total account value.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline and account intelligence to facilitate accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.
• Ensure high-quality delivery outcomes by aligning cross-functional teams with client objectives and expectations.
• Engage in strategic discussions with existing clients, exercising discretion and independent judgment.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Experience in engaging and selling to medium-to-large Healthcare & Life Sciences organizations.
• Comfort in engaging C-level executives regarding industry trends affecting Healthcare and Life Sciences.
• Extensive background in selling Consulting or Managed Service solutions, particularly within Healthcare Life Sciences organizations.
• Demonstrated history of full-cycle sales of large, complex, multi-phase, managed technology projects to enterprise clients.
• A comprehensive understanding of emerging technologies and the capability to discuss software delivery and development concepts with prospective clients.
• Proficient in building and executing account plans that promote consistent portfolio growth and a healthy pipeline.
• Proven success in prospecting, conducting virtual sales calls, and leading sales pursuits supported by a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in negotiating complex service agreements with procurement and legal teams within enterprise accounts.
• Willingness to travel regularly or periodically to meet and engage with Toptal clients and customers both within and outside your geographic area.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company while managing a wide range of challenges, deadlines, and diverse contacts.
