Client Partner, Enterprise Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Developing customized sales strategies to fulfill the distinct objectives of each Enterprise client within the portfolio and enhancing collaboration with cross-functional partners.

• Building long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at each client (including C-level executives and others across various business lines), identifying and securing new sales opportunities within the assigned account base, which may encompass both existing clients and new clients not currently engaged with TMUS.

• Delivering a premier, unique experience that encourages T-Mobile clients to pursue further growth.

• Presenting T-Mobile's product offerings to current and prospective clients in a manner that aligns with and supports their business objectives.

• Overseeing intricate contract negotiations and finalizing substantial, high-value agreements with enterprise clients.

• Keeping an accurate record of interactions, tracking sales progress, and providing precise sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required)

• 4-7 years of experience selling to Enterprise clients (3K+ employees) is required

• 7-10 years of business sales experience with a proven record of successful acquisition sales, opportunity creation, and closure within an enterprise customer base; at least 5 years of that experience must be in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales (Required)

• Comprehensive understanding of technology and business strategies to customize solutions that effectively meet client needs at an Enterprise level (Required)

• Evidence of involvement in account planning and executing those plans (Required)

• Proficient in managing account relationships, financial outcomes (reducing churn, increasing GAs, etc.), neutralizing detractors, and overseeing multiple sales programs and opportunity life cycles (Required)

• Establishes and sustains effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure high satisfaction levels and boost revenues. Identifies, develops, and typically closes new sales opportunities (Required)

• Capability to evaluate potential customers to ascertain if they are a suitable match for our products or services, ensuring sales efforts are concentrated on leads with the highest conversion potential. This includes assessing factors such as budget, authority, need, and timeline to prioritize and engage the most promising prospects (Required)

• Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and nurture relationships for long-term growth and success (Required)

• Confidently manages sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients (Required)

• Ability to communicate effectively with client leaders across all levels (from C-level to entry-level support roles). Adaptability in communication style based on the audience is essential. Comfortable interacting professionally with all organizational levels, whether in-person or virtually, exhibiting executive maturity (Required)

• Strong networking abilities and a successful track record in leveraging connections (Required)
