This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts from start to finish, including strategy, commercial results, daily operations, renewals, and growth.
• Be actively involved in your own accounts - while the CSM collaborates on major clients, the Client Partner engages directly with feeds, campaigns, training, and platform tasks as needed.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and implement them to enhance platform utilization, increase spending, and boost Net Revenue Retention.
• Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, including C-level executives, establishing Hunch as an essential platform.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews, manage contract renewals, and lead discussions on commercial expansion.
• Meet with clients regularly in person - for QBRs, significant check-ins, and planning sessions - to strengthen trust and enhance relationships beyond the platform.
• Represent Hunch at partner events with Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and other platform partners, enhancing Hunch's visibility in the partner ecosystem and sharing insights with clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team - providing client insights, identifying bugs and feature gaps, and serving as a reliable commercial representative in product discussions.
• Accurately predict monthly and quarterly revenue for your portfolio, monitored through the team's weekly forecasting process.
• Partner with CSMs, Support, Design, and Sales to ensure a consistently high level of client experience.
• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and establish repeatable processes to scale successful practices, both in the UK market and internationally.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management, client partnerships, customer success, or commercial roles, preferably within SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or digital advertising.
• Strong commercial acumen, including renewals, expansion, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on operational tasks - equally adept at crafting a commercial strategy and diving into feed setups or campaign quality assurance.
• In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest), and creative automation techniques.
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage complex accounts while increasing revenue and Net Revenue Retention.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the skill to influence senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
• Established relationships or the ability to quickly cultivate them with platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest).
• A true collaborator with Product teams, capable of translating client requirements into actionable product feedback and acting as a trusted internal advocate.
