This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Organizing and leading project teams from the initiation of programs to delivery, utilizing an outcomes-driven, agile-oriented methodology.
• Collaborate with product owners, software development teams, technical teams, and senior leadership to establish project goals.
• Ensure client success by overseeing programs within the Federal market, including but not limited to the Department of Defense, Veteran’s Health Administration, and the Indian Health Service.
• Evaluate project progress and, when necessary, steer modifications to scope, timelines, and costs; escalate issues as required.
• Accountable for conducting cost analysis, pricing, and monitoring financial data for the team.
• Create new proposals to secure upcoming Government contracts.
• Execute additional related tasks on an ad hoc basis to support Solventum Federal Market Solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and 6 years of experience in project or program management, medical coding, or strategic client partnerships in place of the bachelor’s degree requirement.
• OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited organization and at least 10 years of experience in project or program management, medical coding, or strategic client partnerships.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in analyzing and documenting processes.
• Master’s degree in healthcare or a related field (preferred qualification).
• Experience in Change Management, demonstrating the ability to lead change effectively.
• Familiarity with Solventum Coding & Reimbursement and Solventum 360 Encompass Computer Assisted Coding and Professional Coding.
• Demonstrated expertise in MS Project and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with IL3 and IL4, RMF, ATOs, FedRAMP, and the 3PAO process.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems, including networks, operating systems, platforms, automation, storage, databases, identity management, and data protection.
• Proficient in firewall configuration, authentication principles, and digital certificate management.
• Familiar with and knowledgeable about the federal government healthcare landscape, including the DoD and VA.
• Capability to multitask and manage a substantial and often complex workload under time constraints.
