This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Facilitate the approval process for high-volume social content, ensuring feedback, revisions, deadlines, and final sign-offs are effectively managed across Storm and client stakeholders.
• Organize recurring meetings, document decisions and actions, and guarantee that follow-ups are executed as planned.
• Oversee smaller social campaigns by managing timelines, owners, dependencies, approvals, assets, and potential risks.
• Systematize and maintain client files, episode deliveries, social account access, permissions, and related operational procedures.
• Keep shared trackers, calendars, and documentation updated to ensure visibility of priorities, deadlines, blockers, and responsibilities.
• Proactively seek inputs, identify risks early, escalate blockers as needed, and facilitate the flow of work across various teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure that operational processes, templates, contacts, and handover information are kept up to date.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Manager, strategy leads, production teams, and both client and agency stakeholders.
• Create prioritized action plans and client updates during practical exercises.
• Utilize and verify productivity and AI-assisted tools to enhance operational workflows.
• Proven experience in supporting client operations, social content workflows, project delivery, account teams, or similar fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills across multiple workstreams, deadlines, approval pathways, versions, and dependencies.
• High level of ownership with a proactive mindset to ensure tasks progress smoothly.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Capability to transform scattered feedback or vague requests into clear actions, owners, and decisions.
• Experience in organizing recurring meetings, generating informative recaps, and seeing actions through to completion.
• Confidence in managing high-volume approval workflows that include internal teams, senior stakeholders, legal reviews, or multiple rounds of revisions.
• Practical knowledge of file management and project management systems such as Box, Monday.com, Airtable, spreadsheets, or similar tools.
• Sound judgment regarding follow-ups, challenging situations, escalating issues, and understanding authority boundaries.
• A calm and reliable demeanor when facing late, unclear, blocked, or rapidly changing work scenarios.
• Comfort utilizing contemporary productivity tools, including AI-assisted technologies where applicable.
• Good judgment in reviewing AI-assisted outputs and managing confidential information.
• Availability for work approximately from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
• Legal eligibility to work in South Africa, either without restrictions or under a visa.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time during Pacific Time hours.
• Up to ZAR 500,000 annually.
