📋 Description

• Engage directly with clients to address inquiries and gather feedback regarding products and services.

• Examine and pinpoint trends in client interactions and questions.

• Recognize and implement operational efficiencies to enhance business scalability and processes.

• Improve business rules, automations, and communication strategies within Client Operations.

• Serve as a bridge between clients and various departments including Relationship Management, Engineering, Financial Operations, Risk Management, and Client Services to fulfill business requirements, enhance the product, and elevate the client experience.

• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and product management is advantageous, though not necessary.

• Preference given to candidates holding a degree in Communication, Business Finance, Business Operations, Business Marketing, or Information Systems.

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
