This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of the relationship during the initial onboarding process for new Pros, which includes account activation, transition, adoption, and product utilization.
• Act as the primary and dedicated resource for Pros throughout their early lifecycle.
• Reinforce and "resell" the value of HCP, assisting Pros in building confidence in their choices and promoting early product adoption.
• Communicate client information, trends, and feedback effectively across teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate Pro success.
• Develop, prepare, and cultivate our Pros for advocacy.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and suggest areas for enhancement.
• Manage details, timelines, and actions to enhance efficiency.
• Enhance opportunities for our Pros by utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Create processes that set our brand apart by exceeding customer expectations in service delivery.
• Skillfully troubleshoot technical issues.
• 1-3+ years of experience in full-time customer success, implementation, or sales.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with new customers and surpassing success metrics.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts: Monday - Friday 11am-8pm PST.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
