This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide a top-tier onboarding experience for Strategic Partners and their clients, fostering confidence and trust from the outset.
• Lead client implementation kick-off meetings and guide projects to successful completion.
• Oversee multiple onboarding projects concurrently while maintaining outstanding attention to detail and alignment with stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery and information-gathering sessions to comprehend client requirements and operational needs.
• Customize TransferMate solutions to align with client-specific workflows and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of ownership throughout implementations—managing communication, timelines, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Operations, Product, and technical teams to ensure smooth client launches.
• Provide support to partners and clients after go-live, ensuring ongoing success and a positive customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
• Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding processes, boost efficiency, and elevate the client experience on a larger scale.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in delivering complex implementation or onboarding projects in a SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven setting.
• Significant exposure to Client Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementations, Project Management, or Technical Solutions.
• Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines in a dynamic environment.
• A solutions-focused mindset with the capability to navigate challenges, eliminate obstacles, and maintain forward momentum.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive and highly accountable approach to delivery.
• Proven track record of achieving onboarding, implementation, or customer satisfaction goals.
• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Solid technical fluency, including experience with API integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent spoken and written English, including grammar, spelling, and professional presentation abilities.
