This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the onboarding procedure for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition onto the LMS platform;
• Tailor onboarding strategies to align with the unique needs and objectives of each client.
• Facilitate training sessions for clients and their staff on utilizing the LMS platform;
• Create and sustain training materials, including user manuals, tutorials, and video content;
• Offer continuous support and troubleshooting assistance to clients to resolve any issues or inquiries.
• Prepare and conduct live demonstrations of the LMS platform for potential clients and current users;
• Customize demonstrations to emphasize features and benefits pertinent to each client’s requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact;
• Assess client satisfaction and proactively tackle any concerns or feedback;
• Oversee and monitor client accounts, ensuring prompt follow-ups and resolution of any challenges.
• Produce regular reports on client usage and performance indicators;
• Analyze data to recognize trends, opportunities for enhancement, and areas needing attention.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels;
• Manage general customer service responsibilities as required, including addressing and resolving issues or complaints;
• Serve as a backup for the customer service team, guaranteeing continuous support availability.
• Keep abreast of LMS platform updates, industry trends, and best practices;
• Collaborate with product and development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to platform improvements.
• Demonstrated experience in client onboarding, training, or account management, ideally within a SaaS or LMS context;
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and their functionalities;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to engage and educate diverse audiences;
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Proficient in utilizing CRM and LMS software, in addition to Microsoft Office Suite;
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**
• - **Internet Connection:**
• - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.
• - Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.
• - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
