This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Comprehensive Client Onboarding: Take charge of the client onboarding experience, ensuring it is customized and enjoyable to foster long-term client loyalty.
• Precision & Quality Assurance: Achieve 100% accuracy in client billings, statutory submissions, and compliance with Sleek’s Terms & Conditions.
• The "Three-Day" Objective: Implement procedures swiftly and accurately, consistently aiming for a processing time of less than three business days, and proactively update clients regarding any obstacles or additional information required.
• Emphasis on Measurable KPIs: Strive for high customer satisfaction (CSAT) while minimizing onboarding duration.
• Regulatory Expertise: Leverage knowledge of ACRA regulations, the Companies Act 1967, and AML/CFT policies to guarantee every client is onboarded in full compliance.
• Task Management Efficiency: Organize daily responsibilities effectively to ensure all outputs are in line with defined scope and deadlines, while upholding strict client confidentiality. Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and onboarding protocols.
• AI-Enhanced Execution: Utilize Sleek’s automation and AI tools to optimize manual processes, transitioning to a fully efficient, system-driven workflow.
• Ongoing Improvement: Engage in a "continuous improvement" cycle by providing feedback to management to help refine and simplify processes monthly.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside the Head of Client Onboarding and Team Leader to implement the Sleek Strategic Roadmap and scalable processes.
• Issue Resolution: Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, addressing requests accurately and escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Teamwork: Partner with Compliance, Corporate Secretary, and Sales teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Educational Background: A recognized degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Ideally, experience in client-facing positions, managing sensitive information and intricate client issues.
• Technical Proficiency: Practical experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and various productivity tools.
• Compliance Acumen: A solid understanding of Singapore regulatory compliance (ACRA, AML/CFT) is highly desirable.
• Attitude: Self-driven, proactive, and extremely organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Capability to excel in a fast-paced, technology-oriented, and dynamic environment.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively assist entrepreneurs.
