Client Manager, Premier Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take on the overall responsibility for overseeing planholder/client accounts for Premier brokers (2-999 lives).

• Cultivate robust relationships with clients and brokers/consultants through an active market presence.

• Collaborate closely with the assigned sales representative to secure their support for the account management strategy.

• Meet annual financial growth and retention targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA or BS degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in group insurance, focusing on account servicing and/or management.

• Strong skills in customer service.

• Capability to analyze data to guide and implement renewal decisions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; as well as Concur, Tableau, and Salesforce.

• Must obtain necessary industry licensing within 90 days of hire date.
