This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Accountable for managing a designated portfolio of clients
• Acts as the primary contact for all current clients
• Addresses all service inquiries, including billing questions and coverage options
• Ensures the accuracy of account files, records, and documentation
• Prepares and sends policy change requests to insurance carriers
• Tracks the progress of change requests
• Provides recommendations to both prospects and existing clients through an annual insurance review
• Compiles Stewardship & Insurance Summary reports for clients
• Cultivates client relationships and enhances retention rates
• Executes all stages of renewal and remarketing processes
• Identifies opportunities for coverage enhancements and cross-sales
• Resolves any accounting issues for clients and/or carriers
• Supports the Practice Leader, Team Leader, Client Executive, and Sales Executive teams
• Stays updated with industry changes and trends
• Fosters positive and productive relationships with all underwriters
• Pursues further education and skill development for professional designations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management
• 3 to 5 years or more of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in Property & Casualty support
• Prior experience in Property & Casualty client management
• Valid Property & Casualty License
• Outstanding organizational abilities
• Capability to solve problems, think logically, and work autonomously
• Performs well under pressure and adheres to deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and develop an action plan based on available information
