Client Manager – Leave Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for all assigned Leave Solutions Clients.

• Address intricate claim issues, including escalations and client inquiries.

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all Alight products and services.

• Build customer confidence and enhance brand reputation through extensive domain knowledge.

• Offer technical expertise to meet both internal and client delivery requirements.

• Manage client escalations to expedite issue resolution.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify patterns and trends in Service Delivery/Claims.

• Adjust to evolving circumstances and proactively acquire and apply new skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or an equivalent advanced education.

• Must reside in the state of Virginia.

• Strong operational skills, relationship building capabilities, and issue resolution expertise.

• Knowledge of contracts, pricing structures, and financial models.

• Experience in identifying and anticipating risks and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

• Ability to recognize potential expansion opportunities.

• Industry experience in HR services/outsourcing, Business Management, Disability/absence, and/or Healthcare.

• Willingness to travel 20-25% of the time.
