This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for all assigned Leave Solutions Clients.
β’ Address intricate claim issues, including escalations and client inquiries.
β’ Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all Alight products and services.
β’ Build customer confidence and enhance brand reputation through extensive domain knowledge.
β’ Offer technical expertise to meet both internal and client delivery requirements.
β’ Manage client escalations to expedite issue resolution.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify patterns and trends in Service Delivery/Claims.
β’ Adjust to evolving circumstances and proactively acquire and apply new skills.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or an equivalent advanced education.
β’ Must reside in the state of Virginia.
β’ Strong operational skills, relationship building capabilities, and issue resolution expertise.
β’ Knowledge of contracts, pricing structures, and financial models.
β’ Experience in identifying and anticipating risks and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
β’ Ability to recognize potential expansion opportunities.
β’ Industry experience in HR services/outsourcing, Business Management, Disability/absence, and/or Healthcare.
β’ Willingness to travel 20-25% of the time.
