This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Oversee a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, acting as the primary representative of Modern Health for our most critical customers.
• Develop and nurture relationships with a diverse array of global stakeholders, including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants.
• Collaborate and assist in sales efforts by embodying the Customer Success role, highlighting how we support and partner with our clients.
• Facilitate regular global account meetings to refine and synchronize customer strategies.
• Partner with the US Customer Success Lead to ensure a uniform and cohesive approach across different regions.
• Work with clients to define and implement a tailored program strategy for Modern Health that aligns with their comprehensive benefit offerings.
• Advocate for and enhance engagement with Modern Health’s mental wellness programs, transforming clients into advocates who can serve as references and case studies.
• Act as the main point of contact for global product updates and forthcoming developments, while also serving as a local, reachable contact for escalations and urgent issues.
• Maintain awareness of various cultural nuances that affect client interactions globally.
• Provide local implementation support alongside the US-based implementation team.
• Assist clients in understanding available training topics by delivering Benefit Overview sessions customized to their requirements.
• Support and lead global QBRs/ABRs, including handling daily reporting requests for global customers.
• Strategically leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, utilizing storytelling and actionable recommendations to promote long-term success.
• Use tools like Looker, Gainsight, and Salesforce to assess and diagnose client health, pinpointing opportunities and potential risks.
• Propel success in measurable engagement and revenue outcomes, including enhanced wellness impact, benefits utilization, retention and renewals, and product expansion.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care teams to advocate for clients and ensure the successful adoption of Modern Health.
• Minimum of 8 years in managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders within B2B technology; experience in employer benefits and healthcare is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in strategically and independently managing a portfolio of business (30+ customers across various segments), engaging with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and HR decision-makers.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional APAC regional languages is a plus.
