📋 Description

• Provide outstanding ticketing services to clients

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships

• Recognize opportunities to enhance ticket sales and increase revenue

• Develop ticketing strategies tailored for clients

• Oversee client relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in ticketing and managing client relationships

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Proficiency in English and Japanese

• Capability to create clear written policies and procedures for Client Managers

• Proven ability to adjust to evolving business requirements
