Client Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Serve as the intermediary between the servicer client and MRLP concerning foreclosure files.

• Revise general foreclosure and judgment procedures utilizing Black Knight Foreclosure Solutions.

• Conduct initial quality control assessments of documents prepared by the law firm.

• Execute tasks that necessitate knowledge of fundamental foreclosure timelines.

• Solicit updates on files from Attorneys and Paralegals.

• Examine internal systems to create brief summaries of results.

• Address general case inquiries on behalf of MRLP.

• Provide assistance with client-specific initiatives from the compliance department.

• Carry out internal audit projects and relay findings.

• Tackle complex issues arising between the servicer and MRLP.

• Ensure all phone calls and emails are returned within 24 hours.

• Comprehend mortgage foreclosure documents and associated practices.

• Maintain excellent public relations with the servicer client.

• Deliver service updates and follow up on pending documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in a mortgage foreclosure servicer environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Advanced expertise in BKFS/LPS desktop applications.

• Must consistently maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.

• Capability to perform and report on research effectively.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-motivation.

• Strong documentation skills are essential.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in utilizing various internal computer systems.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-paced environment.

• Capacity to manage a substantial volume of email and file communications daily.

• Ability to retain and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

• Quick learning aptitude for navigating legal client systems.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to learn and interpret legal terminology.
