This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, collaborating closely with customer stakeholders to help them effectively utilize our platform and insights.
• Integrate industry knowledge, customer experience (CX), and analytical skills to assist clients in formulating successful customer experience and loyalty strategies; identify levers for change and communicate necessary modifications to senior leadership.
• Provide support to Bain case teams as a CX subject matter expert by leveraging NPS Prism data to aid in client and business development efforts.
• Manage the strategic relationship with NPS Prism clients to ensure they fully realize the strategic insights and value of the Prism tool, thereby driving CX enhancement across their organization.
• Achieve client excellence through the delivery of new CX industry insights powered by Prism, while executing daily tasks with high quality and attention to detail.
• Utilize AI tools and workflow automation to expedite insight delivery and broaden the possibilities within your client portfolio.
• Lead prospective client sales discussions and processes in partnership with Bain Partners to propel the growth of the Prism business.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 4 years of experience in consulting, customer insights, or account management and sales within a data-driven business.
• Proven experience as a client service professional engaging C-suite members and senior executives of Fortune 1000 companies.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding senior client relationships.
• Exceptional client service skills: responsive, proactive, empathetic, and detail-focused.
• Strong enthusiasm for customer experience, loyalty analytics, and leveraging strategic marketing to achieve business outcomes.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial setting: proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable.
• Excellent communication skills: fosters open and ongoing dialogue with both clients and internal team members; extensive presentation experience is essential.
• Strong leadership abilities: understands clients’ businesses and how emotional connections can drive results; capable of uniting and collaborating with client and internal teams.
• Exceptional project leadership, coordination, and organizational skills; adept at managing competing priorities and ensuring alignment and progress among external and internal teams.
