This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management and distribution of client feedback surveys as part of Advarra’s Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiative.

• Help in gathering, organizing, and verifying client feedback data from surveys and various other sources.

• Generate regular reports and summaries using predefined templates and guidelines.

• Update and maintain dashboards and tracking files for client experience metrics under supervision.

• Aid in identifying recurring themes or data irregularities in survey findings and report these to senior team members.

• Contribute to root cause analysis by collecting data and documenting observations.

• Adhere to established VoC “close-the-loop” protocols, including logging feedback and monitoring follow-up actions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate updates to data.

• Record processes, data definitions, and standard operating procedures as instructed.

• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance skills in analytics and client insights.

• Execute other related tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a data, reporting, administrative, or analytical support position, or equivalent education in lieu of experience.

• Basic proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Capability to accurately enter, organize, and review data with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to follow established processes and work instructions with guidance.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a willingness to ask questions and learn.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field (preferred).

• Familiarity with surveys, customer feedback, reporting, or data collection activities (preferred).

• Knowledge of spreadsheets, basic reporting tools, or CRM systems (preferred).

• Interest in client experience, analytics, or business insights (preferred).
