This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and execute ePro and CIT evaluations to ensure compliance with legislative standards.
• Develop ET variations in ePro concerning Rx and eligibility.
• Assist the Implementation Manager with queries related to plan design, interpretation, and administration.
• Generate B&C Legislation reports for downstream partners.
• Act as a legislation subject matter expert for both downstream partners and the offshore Leg team.
• Provide leadership and legislative assistance for various projects.
• Uphold departmental quality and performance standards.
• Deliver issue reports that highlight potential problems that may hinder client implementation of healthcare services.
• Maintain legislation reports within the document storage system.
• Support comprehensive audits to investigate discrepancies in claims systems.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Cigna's administrative functions, including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, and customer service is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing matrix partner relationships and efficiently resolving issues is required.
• 2+ years of experience with various software and system applications, including databases and spreadsheets, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, is required.
• In-depth knowledge of legislation and compliance is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels and functions within the organization.
• Capability to independently handle diverse priorities and client expectations to achieve mutually agreeable solutions is required.
• A home internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed is necessary for remote work.
