Client Implementation Analyst II

📋 Description

• Carry out comprehensive implementation tasks for designated client accounts, which encompass configuration, data verification, and workflow establishment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect necessary inputs and address common implementation challenges.

• Create status reports, implementation trackers, and documentation intended for client review, ensuring senior team members are informed.

• Perform testing procedures and assist in resolving any discrepancies between client requirements and the configured solutions.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of client-specific requirements and implementation methodologies to enhance efficiency over time.

• Mentor Client Implementation Analysts on assigned tasks and established protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in client implementation, project coordination, or a similar professional capacity is required.

• Capability to oversee multiple implementation workstreams concurrently with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of implementation tools, CRM systems, and project tracking software is essential.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a background in client-facing roles.

• Previous experience in the healthcare or health services sector is preferred.
