This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through both proactive and reactive engagements, campaign outreach, and efficient processing of client requests.
• Work collaboratively with a skilled advisory team to cultivate and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with valued clients.
• Actively identify financial planning opportunities, collect essential documentation for analysis, and organize delivery calls with the advisory team.
• Prepare essential documentation for client and welcome call summaries for meetings and introductions with the advisory team.
• Collaborate with advisory and specialist teams to uncover opportunities for increasing share of wallet and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Ensure quality assurance for service requests to guarantee timely and precise execution.
• Facilitate initiatives for client appreciation.
• Provide direct support to four advisory practices within the Wealth Management sector.
• Serve as a liaison between Empower and clients, addressing client requests and operational requirements.
• Cater to Premier IRA/Brokerage clients with assets under management ranging from $250k to $1M.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in financial services or customer experience.
• Proven experience in client services roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive self-starter with robust organizational and presentation skills.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) registrations are required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Proficient in or quick to learn Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and other relevant systems.
• Capable of establishing trust, building enduring client relationships, navigating diverse client needs, and achieving optimal outcomes swiftly.
