This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver an exceptional client experience by engaging proactively and reactively with clients, conducting campaign outreach, and efficiently processing client requests.
β’ Work in collaboration with seasoned advisory team members to cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with valued clients.
β’ Actively seek financial planning opportunities, collect necessary documentation for analysis, and organize delivery calls with the advisory team.
β’ Create summaries of client calls, welcome call documentation, and other materials for advisory team meetings and client introductions.
β’ Collaborate with advisory and specialist teams to pinpoint opportunities to enhance share of wallet and ensure appropriate follow-up with team members.
β’ Conduct quality assurance reviews of service requests to guarantee timely and precise execution.
β’ Coordinate with clients, advisory teams, and trading teams to obtain cost-basis information, submit requests for implementation analysis, and initiate portfolio implementation and custom requests.
β’ Support client appreciation initiatives.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in financial services and/or customer experience.
β’ Proficiency in Spanish.
β’ Series 65 FINRA registration within the corporate-established timeline; current Series 65 is highly preferred.
β’ Experience in client service roles.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage several time-sensitive tasks concurrently.
β’ Strong organizational and presentation capabilities.
β’ Ability to build trust, maintain professionalism, and foster long-term client relationships.
β’ Proven ability to navigate diverse client needs and efficiently identify suitable solutions.
β’ Proficient in, or able to quickly learn, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, as well as proprietary and recordkeeping systems.
β’ Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and teamwork skills.
β’ FINRA fingerprinting is required.
