This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through both proactive and reactive engagement, campaign outreach, and efficient client request handling.
• Work alongside a skilled advisory team to foster and sustain long-term relationships with valued clients.
• Recognize financial planning opportunities, collect documentation for analysis, and coordinate delivery calls with the advisory team.
• Draft summary documentation for client and welcome calls for advisory team meetings and introductions.
• Identify opportunities to increase share-of-wallet and collaborate with the relevant parties.
• Ensure quality assurance of service requests for prompt and accurate execution.
• Act as a liaison between clients, advisory teams, and trading to gather cost basis, submit implementation analyses, and initiate portfolio implementation along with custom requests.
• Support client appreciation initiatives.
• Provide direct assistance to four advisory practices and serve as a bridge between Empower and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in financial services or customer experience.
• Background in client services roles is essential.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks concurrently.
• Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Current FINRA Series 65 registration is mandatory.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Experience in brokerage trading and trade approval is advantageous.
• Aspiration to attain, or already possess, preferred qualifications such as CFP or CRPC.
• Proficiency in or the ability to quickly master Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and other relevant systems.
• Capability to build trust, develop long-term client relationships, navigate various client needs, and achieve optimal outcomes swiftly.
