This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Timely responds to client inquiries and ensures prompt order placements in accordance with company procedures.
• Delivers timely quotes, within a 4-hour timeframe, for customers regarding run rate velocity products based on guidance from the Sales team.
• Offers administrative assistance for tracking open orders, generating scheduled and custom reports, and addressing inquiries related to sales orders.
• Initiates the process for returned merchandise and escalates all RMA requests to Customer Service.
• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Familiarity with shipment cutoff times for all major distribution partners and carriers.
• Proactive communication with clients regarding order placements, including estimated time of arrival (ETA) and backorder updates.
• Ability to deliver timely quotes, within a 4-hour timeframe, for customers on run rate velocity products.
• Provide administrative support for tracking open orders, generating scheduled and custom reports, and addressing sales order inquiries.
• Educate clients on the RMA process and accurately enter RMA details into the system.
