Client Experience Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver continuous account and product assistance for various charitable clients utilizing the raisin® online fundraising platform.

• Educate clients on all facets of the raisin® product through both online and in-person training sessions.

• Maintain the CRM tool by ensuring all account activities, opportunities, and contact information are current.

• Accurately track and bill support hours.

• Aid in marketing efforts, both digital and print.

• Provide ongoing business development assistance as directed.

• Help identify features for future product enhancements as requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2+ years of professional experience in account support.

• A post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in communications, fundraising, marketing, or technology.

• Core values of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and a strong passion for customer service and technology.

• Experience in supporting or utilizing digital technologies and web-based applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

• A genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for charities and fundraising.

• Experience in a Digital or Marketing Agency environment (Nice to Haves).

• An interest in or passion for Not-For-Profits and volunteering (Nice to Haves).

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (Nice to Haves).

• Above all, you should be optimistic, highly organized, and embrace challenges.

• Experience in not-for-profit and fundraising sectors (Nice to Haves).

• Knowledge of web development and software development, HTML, and CSS (Nice to Haves).

• Background in customer service (Nice to Haves).

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce (Nice to Haves).

• Experience in project management (Nice to Haves).

• Sales experience, including prospecting and cold-calling (Nice to Haves).
